FAQ
Can I use Tangrid's snapping with a regular mouse?
Yes. Snap Assistant uses edge dragging and keyboard shortcuts. You can place windows with a regular mouse without relying on title-bar swipe gestures.
How do I move or resize windows with Tangrid's mouse controls?
Configure mouse-operation modifiers in the app. Hold them and drag anywhere inside a window: left-drag moves it, and right-drag resizes it.
Can I use Tangrid shortcuts when I am not using the mouse?
Yes. Configure window-placement shortcuts in Tangrid. Snap Assistant offers an 18-position grid and a fill action, so placement does not require a pointer gesture.
Can Tangrid send a window to a specific display?
Yes. Configure a shortcut to move a window to a specified display. You can also assign shortcuts for the previous or next display.
