Refund Policy

We stand by our app with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, do reach out at aiboard.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
- Application means the software program provided by the Company, named Tangrid.
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Tangrid.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Tangrid from Us.
- Service refers to the Application.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. This 14-day refund window has no exceptions or conditions, ensuring you have adequate time to evaluate your purchase.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the product or completed your purchase transaction.

After a refund is processed, your license will be revoked and any activated devices will be unbound from your account.
Refund Process

- The email address associated with your purchase
- A brief reason for your refund request (optional)
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Tangrid uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all transactions and manages refund requests according to their policies and our agreement. For questions about your payment or refund status, you may also contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.com/help.
Chargeback Policy
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to revoke your license and disable your access to Tangrid. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before pursuing chargeback claims.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
