1. Acceptance & Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors, testers, and subscribers who access or use Tangrid. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the application and cease accessing the Services immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate registration and payment information, promptly update any changes, and ensure that your credentials remain confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access Tangrid's source code.
• Using the Services in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or export controls.
• Engaging in automated or bulk usage that interferes with the integrity or availability of Tangrid.
• Circumventing any security or authentication measures.
• Using Tangrid to infringe upon or violate another party's rights.

4. Intellectual Property

Tangrid, including all software, design elements, logos, and documentation, is owned by its respective rights holders and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive only a limited revocable license to install and use the application for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works unless expressly permitted in writing.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Purchases, renewals, and cancellations for Tangrid are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment partner. Pricing, billing cycles, and taxes are shown at checkout on Paddle's hosted pages. By completing a transaction you authorize Paddle to collect payment information and charge the applicable fees.

Refund Policy: Tangrid offers a 30-day refund policy. You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. After 30 days, refunds are not available unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds are handled by Paddle and will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. For refund requests or questions, contact us at aiboard.contact@gmail.com. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Tangrid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tangrid's creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for Tangrid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tangrid, its developers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your access to or use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally within thirty (30) days. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong.

9. Changes & Contact

We may modify these Terms to reflect product updates, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance. Material changes will be announced via our website or within the application.
